Leads orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible, with most leads this is the same day. On most lead orders we allow 5 to 10% overage is applied to compensate for any bad emails or phone #'s. No Refunds offered on lead packages after processing or delivery. Leads are delivered via email in text, excel or csv format, your choice.
Please be sure to give your correct email address, where you receive emails. Ultimatenetprofits is not responsible for leads delivered but not received due to being given an incorrect email addresses, outdated paypal email addresses, not picked up in a timely fashion due to being in a spam or junkmail folder or other reasons beyond our control once sent.
Most lead orders are delivered same day, depending on the time ordered. However, we ask that in some instance you please allow up to 96 hours in some instances for lead delivery, such as smaller orders of phone interviewed leads. Live Leads and Live Phoned Leads, may take up to 7 business days to process depending on orders in que, no refunds once login information is sent. There are no refunds after 24 hours or once lead order is processedand or delivered.
CUSTOM Leads and Custom Phone Leads
Custom Leads, are exactly that Custom. They are generated via our leads (aged and fresh) called on with your script. We continue calling and talking until we get the number of interested prospects in your business that you ordered. With leads of this nature, it may take up to 96 hours for processing of your 1st lead, not including weekends and holidays. Leads may not arrive all at once but may "drip" in as they come in to the system. Based on your program or script, some lead orders may take up to 14 days, sometimes longer, to complete depending on volume of order and volume of orders already in que. There are no refunds for custom lead orders, however, leads will be replaced in the rare event you get a bad or disconnected phone number, which rarely never happens... we do not replace leads for a bad email address as these leads are phone leads and we ask that you get the proper email address when speaking to your prospect.

If you have any questions or problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at anytime. No refunds on custom leads or custom phone leads after 24 hours, while you may not have received any leads yet, our phone room has begun the process of calling. Any refunds given on a case by case basis will be subject to a 10% startup fee.

By Ordering Signups, you agree that you have read and agree to all terms and have read how guaranteed signups/tourtakers are produced/generated, and entered. Ultimatenetprofits.com is in no way liable for any downtime of your website, duplicate names within your system, the suspension or removal of your website, loss of marketing or other costs incurred by followup, website removal or suspension, deleted signups by your program or system, and or lead complaints. It is your responsibility to read the conditions and terms, howe signups are generated and be sure it complies with your company or program website, as Ultimatenetprofits.com is not responsible or liable if it is not and any of the above or below within the terms and conditions occur.Basic Signups - We Do Not Issue Refunds for delays in generating signups on our basic services, these are generated as quickly as possible, however, again we are not responsible for delays in your signups beginning or the time it may take to fill the order. You are guaranteed to receive the number you ordered, however, you are guaranteed to receive your signups within 30 days , if not you may cancel for a full refund. However, if not requested and the signups are delivered (even after 30 days, say 35 days) no refund is given. We cannot be responsible for downtime on websites, incorrect urls, or other technical problems with your website. Please be sure to type your url correctly before placing your order. Once your order is in processing and in que, we cannot make changes or stop the run.

All Signups/Tourtakers/Pre-enrollees:
(ie: Premium, Custom, Exclusive, Phone Verified, etc... all signups offered unless otherwise stated) - Are Guaranteed to be fully received WITHIN 30 Days. However, PLEASE note...orders from systems that we find LIMIT the number of entries per day per IP address WILL take longer to complete, usually with 5 per day, if the system asks us to quit processing, you will receive the balance of your order in the format of leads sent in text or excel format.
Within 24 hours of order placement, orders are sent for processing, after this time frame NO Refunds will be given, NO EXCEPTIONS. While many orders begin within a few days of processing, it can take up to as long as 10 days or longer for some orders to begin distribution based on order size, program, network traffic and other factors. We guarantee you to receive your signups within 30 days.
As all our services they are filled in order as to how they are received. NO refund are given for delays in the signups starting, however, you are guaranteed to receive them in 30 days or you will receive your money back pro-rated by the number you have NOT received.
As orders for leads and signups are custom orders, after 24 hours of order placement, we cannot issue a refund as funds are already distributed for generating the signups for your website, no exceptions. Once your order is placed and processed we cannot change the order, including the url signups are to be sent.
Once signups are entered there are No Refunds, if signups are not showing in your back office, whether it be from program unstability, server issues, program problems, website problems, double optin confirmation sites, ip blocks, or YOUR system does NOT ALLOW manual entry of pre-enrollees, requires payment of any kind and other problems beyond Ultimate Net Profits control, we will send you a summary of the signups entered in text or spreadsheet format for you, And it will be your responsibility to follow up or enter signups. In certain caes, we may request your login information to your back office to investigate any claims. Again however, we are not responsible or liable for signups entered by our staff not showing up in your system for double optin entries, problem websites, technical problems with your server, and other circumstances beyond our control if we have fulfilled your signups. Again in those cases, we will send you a file of your signups and you can enter.
We cannot re-key signups more than one time.You must be certain you send the correct URL for your program. We accept NO responsibility if we send 100 or 5,000 new signups to someone else. We cannot change the URL once the promotion begins. We suggest you complete that portion of your order VERY carefully and double check it when you are done. We will keep a copy of your order in our records so that there is no confusion about what you sent to us. While all programs listed were previously approved, it is your responsibility to check with the program to be sure that signups can be counted from on ip, no confirmations (see below) or non acceptance of entries by third parties.
We are not responsible if your program is a double opt in, if your guaranteed signups do not confirm for your double opt in process via email. Meaning if your program that you are directing signups to requests that they confirm via email or "double opt in" by responding or clicking a link in an confirmation email they receive from you in order to become placed in your program as a free signup or to join or receive their free tour, we cannot guarantee that they do so. In those instances you would be responsible for keying them into your system.
Custom Signups - In order to generate your custom real time signups, we must be given access, even temporary, ( you may change your password later if you wish) in order to monitor your signups from us. You need to be able to put a tracking code on your url that you give us and you may not use a rotator or popups within the site.
Ultimatenetprofits is not and cannot be held responsible or liable if your program does NOT allow manual entry of signups or pre-enrollees, and as such suspends or terminates your site. It is your responsibility to know such before ordering as such. If you order signups and during the entry process, for whatever reason, we are no longer able to complete entry (ie: your site only allows so many entries per day per IP, it is shut down, or any other event) we will send you a file of the signups assigned for your site and send to you via email for you to followup with them manually.
Ultimate Net Profits does not guarantee upgrades, responsiveness, or double opt in confirmation for your program. For Best Results follow up effectively over time and contact your prospects as with any lead program or advertising.With so many of the programs incorporating automatic follow up campaigns, we are finding many clients not wishing to receive summary campaigns and not utilizing them when we issue them. We now will send the summary campaigns only upon request.

Traffic orders are filled within 30 - 60 days depending upon order size, and number of orders in rotation. Traffic Visitors/Website Hits are 24 hour unique and are per our tracking stats. We do go by other 3rd party or website trackers other than our own as we have no way to know the authenticity of another sites tracking or how it was set up, only the one that we put in place for your url will be viewed as accurate for your count.If a Refund is requested for any service, the Refund will only be issued on a case by case basis. Allow 48 to 72 hours for any Authorized Refunds. No Refunds will be given after processing has begun.

With the Do Not Call law, you the client understands that these leads have agreed by submitting their information to be contacted, however, Ultimatenetprofits.com/Tri-State Marketing Services takes no responsibility for those saying they are not on the do not call list. This is a rare occurrence, and most all prospects remember submitting their information and simply tell you they aren't interested or not to call back. UltimateNetProfits.com is in no way liable to replace duplicate names in the clients database for lead orders or signup orders. A person may signup for similar offers at different websites and at different times, and we cannot be held responsible.
Due to the nature of our service no refunds can be given after a order has been processed, if cancelled within 24 hours a 10% fee will be charged.
In case your program is declined for any reason after payment has been made, your money will be refunded within 24 - 48 hours. We cannot offer refunds for signups not received if your website shuts down before your order is fulfilled, you change programs, your site is being hacked or experiences server problems as the signups are coming through the system, or for any other reason. Please make sure you are promoting a stable, reliable program before placing your order.
It is beyond our control and we are not responsible for things that happen at your programs web site. If there is a problem with your programs site or server because of the increased traffic it receives during the promotion period, that is NOT our problem. You should be sure that the site can deal with the increased volume of visitors as your signups are being generated.

Client Agrees to give Ultimate Net Profits, leniency in fulfilling orders in cases of server outages, connection issues, delays on ad servers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Client willing to give leniency in these issues for up to 5 business days to resolve problems and restart the fulfillment process of all orders.
